Your artist may require a minimum $100 deposit to book an appointment (unless otherwise discussed). We can take this deposit through PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or an Invoice from square can be sent via email where you can pay with your credit or debit card. If Your artist does not receive this deposit within 24 hours of our response to your inquiry, then your appointment will not be booked.
This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE upon cancellation or rescheduling. If you need to reschedule, We ask that you do so at LEAST 24 hours in advance. We will honor deposits for reschedules up until 5:00PM the night before your appointment. RESCHEDULES MADE LESS THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT WILL LOOSE $50 OF THEIR DEPOSIT.
If you miss your appointment without contacting your artist, you do not get your deposit back, and you will need to put down another deposit to make another appointment. No exceptions.
We have a 15 minute grace period for late appointments. Please contact me if you are going to be late. If you show up 16 minutes late with no heads up, we will consider your appointment cancelled and you will not get your deposit back. You will have to put down another deposit to make another appointment.
Your artist may require a consultation to complete the booking of your appointment. Consultations are needed if we are fitting a design in between other tattoos, for large scale work, or if the design wraps at ALL. Your artist will let you know in their response to your booking request whether we need to do a consultation or not.
YOUR ARTIST MAY HOLD YOUR CONSULTATION OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO.
Our artists do not reveal designs to clients before the time of their appointment.
You shouldn’t book an appointment for custom artwork with an artist if you don’t trust them to draw something that you’re going to love. However, if there is ANYTHING that you do not like about your design, please be 100% honest with your artist! It will not offend us. It’s our design, but it is YOUR tattoo.
Sometimes there are minor changes or adjustments that are requested by clients. These changes are made on the spot at the time of the appointment. In the event that the entire design needs to be completely reworked, your artist may reschedule your appointment. If this process makes you feel uncomfortable, your artist might not be the right artist for you!
To book an appointment with one of our artists, you will need to click the link provided bye their photo, on our artist page. Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, not all requests are going to be accepted. If your artist thinks that the project is better suited for another artist, your artist of choice may decline it and recommend you to someone else.
Requests are reviewed weekly so be patient, we will get back to you in the order it was received. KEEP YOUR EYES OUT FOR AN EMAIL RESPONSE!
